Head of HR & also International Medical Coordinator with over 10 years of experience and knowledge International healthcare and expertise in business, marketing and legal – graduated from Brunel University in London. She brings great support to the business. Leticia has an extensive knowledge in aesthetics and bariatric procedures. Being a bariatric patient herself she understands all about it – especially understanding the emotional and mental aspect – being able to assist throughout the process from triage to after care.
She speaks Portuguese and English. Leticia is very assertive, responsive and charismatic.
Hetty Walkiria
International Medical Coordinator
Over 11 years of experience in Healthcare. She has a background in Adult Nursing & Biomedical Sciences and brings to our team a broad knowledge about different medical procedures and is an expert Bariatric Surgery and Cosmetic procedures. Hetty is charismatic, easy-going and very friendly.
She can speak fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish. In her spare time she loves to travel and explore Turkey.
Cinthia Cristiane

Law graduate from London, UK – Cinthia has over 10 years experience in management. She has transferred all skills gained academically and professionally to support MedFinders in many aspects – including, legal and medical. Cinthia makes sure the company runs smoothly and leasing with our partners to make sure the best treatment is received by our patients. She is a bubbly, outgoing and supportive individual with a lot of energy and ambition. She supports all areas of the clinic.
She speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish. During her spare time she loves to eat out and go shopping.
Tiago Sousa
International Medical Coordinator
Being a patient himself and has lost over 30kg with sleeve, he became an expert in this field. Tiago has a very friendly and fun approach with patients and is very talkative. He is also responsible in supporting our finance team and patient discharge.
Tiago is always around for support and can speak fluent Spanish, English and Portuguese.
